Mt. Abbas Basha - Kharazet el Shaq Trek (3 days) The unfinished palace of Abbas Hilmi Pasha is located at one of the best spots with magnificent views to the high mountains and the lowlands in the distance, and the town of St. Katherine with Mt. Sinai towering over it. Along the way you will see a leopard trap, neat Bedouin gardens among huge boulders, a narrow canyon with water dripping from a crack in the rock face into a fountain, granite water pools in stunning setting, the tombs of local holy man Sheikh Ahmed, and the beautiful El Karm Ecolodge. - Morning departure from the town of St. Catherine’s
- Steep climb up Abu Jeefa on a path built by Abbas Pasha

- Reenter Wadi Tinya
- Ascent toward Mt. Naja
- Interconnected mountaintop basins
- Beautiful view overlooking day 3 sights (Sheikh Ahmed, Wadi Jinab, lowlands)
- Return to Wadi Tinya
